Scope of Works
Design & Install Wireless Emergency & Exit Lighting System to suit 18 story office / court room complex within 2 geographically diverse tower structures & large 7 level atrium.
Design and install control system with Nexus RF Distribution, Cat6 Backbone and 3G technology to allow LAN and remote Web-based monitoring & testing of the site.
Replace all existing emergency & exit lights with new Nexus RF fittings & record precise fitting type, MAC number, location & circuit details for each of the 1100 installed fittings.
Audit existing Emergency & Exit lighting design against AS:2293 & recommend
modifications to maintain compliance. Audit and certify all 130 additional installed fittings
Ensure the highest finish standard as demanded by the Commonwealth Law Courts.
Create zero disturbance to the daily operations of the Commonwealth Law Courts
Co-ordinate Security services to monitor all works scheduled to occur “after” hours.
Engage Fire Services to isolate monitored environments for the duration installation
Engage Electrical Inspector to test completed Emergency / Exit lighting installation
Meet strict milestones for project delivery, installation progress, invoicing & reporting.
Provide comprehensive As-Installed documentation with As-Built CAD drawings of Nexus Topology & Connectivity and mark ups for CAD drafting of each fitting ID, type & location.
Project was delivered ahead of time, within budget & to the clients’ complete satisfaction.
