Routine Work Services
These services are regular, scheduled, periodic or ongoing works, generally of a similar type or nature.

MANAGEMENT: Requires comprehensive job management and tracking systems to ensure works are carried out within specific time frames.
Data gathering, distribution and back up ensure that information required for compliance is forwarded where required or readily accessible to our clients or regulatory bodies.
Reactive and Emergency Work Services
These Services are unplanned works that arise as a result of a failure of an item, component or piece of equipment.
Examples include:
- Replacement of fluorescent tubes
- Loss of power
- Damage to plant or equipment from impact or vandalism
- Circuit overload
- Power surge damage
- Electrical fire
- Electrical OH&S issue
MANAGEMENT: Reactive work response is managed by the priority of the works type. These may be as follow:
- Critical Job response: < 1 hour
- Urgent job response: Same day
- Non Urgent response: < 2 Days
- General attendance : < 7 Days
The critical factor in the management of reactive and emergency works is to have the trained staff and resources available to attend the job within the required timeframe.
Capital Work Services
This type of service involves installation or upgrade of electrical wiring or components that result in the improvement of an asset.
Examples include:
- New buildings, office and factory fit outs
- Upgrade of lighting and power systems
- Installation of Emergency & Exit light systems
- RCD and Switchboard upgrade
- Installation of energy efficient products
- Installation of Automation system
MANAGEMENT: Capital Works management requires the knowledge and experience to foresee that the project specification will deliver the client the end product that will meet their needs. The efficient interaction with other trades and the management of our staff and materials is the key to ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
